We didn't find our calling. We grew up inside of it.
Long before business plans and nursing licenses, there were experiences working at senior care facilities as two teenagers who showed up, did more than their jobs required, and fell in love with the people they were supposed to just be serving. That's where this all began.

Morgan Majors, RN
Morgan's story in senior care didn't begin with a degree, it began at Marquette Manor, where as a teenager she discovered that the most important part of caring for someone had nothing to do with a job description. She became a CNA in high school, served her country as an Army veteran, and went on to earn her RN.
Over the next two decades she worked as a traveling nurse, built deep clinical expertise across care settings, and rose to director at a leading home care agency, where she spent years not just delivering care, but building the operational foundations that make quality home care possible at scale. Morgan brings over 20 years of hands-on experience and a rare, ground-level understanding of what excellent home care looks like, not just on paper, but in the homes of real families.
Eric Majors
Eric's path led him from those same hallways at senior care facilities in high school, ultimately to the Wharton School, where he earned his MBA, and then to a career as a senior marketing executive building national marketing campaigns at brands such as adidas, Foot Locker, Urban Outfitters, and Tommy John.
Raised with army veteran values, Eric grew up in a household where discipline, service, and doing things the right way weren't optional, they were the standard. He has carried that foundation into every room he has ever walked into, and it is the same foundation that he carries as the co-owner of Sim-1 Inspired Home Care Solutions.

At our core we are a family business, built by a brother and a sister who have spent their entire lives in this work. Not as executives looking down at it, but as people who learned early that caregiving is never just about the task in front of you. It's about taking the time to learn what someone loves, their favorite show, the stories they tell twice, the way they take their coffee.
It's about helping with dinner not because it's on the list, but because you can see they'd enjoy the company. It's about sitting down, listening, and genuinely showing up, not as a caregiver completing a visit, but as a human being who understands that being seen and heard is its own form of care.

We use your information only to respond to your inquiry, coordinate and deliver non-medical home care, schedule and manage caregivers, process employment applications, and meet our legal and insurance obligations. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
How we share it
We share information only with the caregivers and staff who need it to serve you, and with service providers that help us operate, such as our email and scheduling tools. We may also share it when the law requires it, when needed to protect someone's safety, or with your permission — for example, with a family member, physician, or care manager you have authorized.
Health information
We provide non-medical companionship and personal care, not medical treatment. Any health-related details you share with us are treated as confidential and are used only to plan and deliver safe care.
How we protect it
We limit access to client and applicant information to authorized staff, require confidentiality from our caregivers, and use reasonable physical and electronic safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive details through our website form.
How long we keep it
We keep information as long as needed to provide services and to satisfy legal, tax, and insurance requirements under Indiana and federal law, then dispose of it securely.
Website and cookies
Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our contact form is delivered to us by a third-party form service, which processes your submission solely to send it to our inbox. Links to outside sites, such as our job application form, are governed by those sites' own privacy policies.
Children
Our website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
